- Rates quoted are in Euros, per person, including taxes.
- Reservations will be confirmed only after receiving full payment by credit card or bank transfer.
- Above tours are available on July 14-15-16-17-18-19-20-21-22 2017 except for Girona & Dali Museum Day Trip which is not available on Monday, July 17, 2017.
- Above tours can be operated with a minimum of 20 attendees. Dekon may cancel a tour if the minimum number of people required is not reached. In such cases, the fees will be fully refunded.
* On Monday, July 17, 2017, when Girona & Dali Museum is closed, this tour is not offered.
Cancellation Policy – Daily Tour:
Cancellations of daily tours should be received in writing by the WCPCCS 2017 Tour Secretariat (VIVA Tours) via e-mail at vivatours@wcpccs2017.org .
No cancellation fee will be applied for any cancellations received before or on June 29, 2017.
Absolutely no refund will be processed for cancellations eceived on or after June 30, 2017.
Please note that tour refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of WCPCCS 2017, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
